Practical information
An 7 km descent between Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval and Samoëns for 2h30 of activity, including about 2h on the Giffre river.
The end of the day will be the best time for this activity to allow you to go down at your own pace.
Course of events
- Meet at the Altitude Rafting office
- Welcome by the team and instructor
- Participants are kitted out and reminded of specific rafting instructions
- Start of the 7km descent of the Giffre for aboout 2h

Rain will not affect the activity, however, it may require a change of boat.
