Practical information
The overall service lasts approximately 3.5 hours, including a flight of approximately 1.20 hours. The service provider guarantees a minimum flight time of approximately 1 hour and a maximum of 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Take-off times
Spring-Summer: 5am to 7am and 5pm to 7pm
Autumn-Winter: from 6am to 7am and from 3pm to 5pm
- Flight organisation, equipment and crew
- Preparation and inflation of the balloon
- Balloon flight of about 1 hour
- Landing and recovery of the balloon and participants by the ground team
- Delivery of your diploma accompanied by the "aeronaut's drink
- Return to the meeting point by car

Activity subject to wind conditions
Children aged between 7 and 17 must be at least 1.30m tall and must be accompanied by an adult (not taking part in the flight).
Passengers weighing over 90kg must make an appointment in the morning only during the following months: June, July, August and September. They will not be able to make an evening appointment during these months.
All passengers must be able to board the gondola without external assistance.

You must call the following number 05.32.747.747 (enter 1) the day before the flight from 7pm for a morning flight. For an evening flight, please call from 1.30pm on the day of the flight.
Please do not travel without first checking the feasibility of the flight. In the event of travel without a confirmed flight, the professional cannot be held responsible for the costs incurred.
Pregnant women are accepted during the 1st trimester of pregnancy. Passengers weighing more than 90 kg must make an appointment in the morning. All passengers must be able to stand for the entire duration of the flight without external assistance and climb into the gondola under their own power.
