Practical information

Day dedicated to rafting: 2 descents in white water with class 3 to 4 rapids.

- Arrival at the base in the morning and filling in of a form.

- Rafting training: basic advice on whitewater techniques and explanation of the activity in more detail.

- First rafting trip to learn about the activity, with stories about the Rouge River told by the guide.

- Lunch either at the base (for the Seven Sisters section) or at the river exit (for the Canyon section).

- Second descent nicknamed the "swimming course" because it will be the moment to demonstrate all that you have learned during the morning.

- End of the day with a return to the base where you can enjoy the facilities before lunch.

Minimum weight: 41 kilos / Maximum weight: 135 kilos

It is mandatory to know how to swim for this activity.

It is also necessary to be in good physical condition.
