The level 1 course is recommended for people with a little experience in snowboarding, who have the level to ride independently on green runs.

Objectives

- Linking turns on a blue track
- Control your speed in all circumstances
- Manage your balance in the transition zones: flats, slopes, make small jumps while sliding...
- Introduction to flat: switch, ollie, sliding rotations
