When you make your reservation, you accept the following conditions:

- More than 24 hours in advance, a 10% administration fee will be retained.

- Less than 24 hours in advance, your reservation is non refundable.

- If the weather is not favourable and the activity is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. (decision taken the same morning, the instructor will contact you).

- If you book without reading and checking the trail conditions and the trails are closed at the time of your booking, your refund will be 97% to cover administration fees, credit card transaction fees and the time required to process your refund.
