Practical information
The children's flight is ideal for children from 4 to 12 years old to discover paragliding! Indeed, Air Sports Chamonix has equipment adapted to the youngest, so that they too can fly in complete safety.
Depending on the season, your children may have the opportunity to fly over the Brevent, Chamonix, and even glaciers! Tell them to open their eyes wide, because they might see a chamois or an eagle.
- Meeting with your instructor generally at the bottom of the cable car that allows you to reach the take-off site.
- Preparation of the equipment by the instructor and final checks.
- Installation of the paragliding equipment: harness, helmet
- Global briefing on the course of the flight.
- 15 minutes flight with 1100m difference in altitude!

Meeting point: Please contact Air Sports Chamonix the day before your flight to confirm the meeting point and time in Chamonix.
Times can be adapted according to your weight and weather conditions.
Children's flights from 4 to 12 years old are generally done from Planpraz. If the Planpraz lifts are closed, or if the wind is not good to fly at Planpraz, we propose to fly from the Plan de l'Aiguille or the Index. You will have to pay an extra 10 euros, to be paid on the spot.
You can take the photo + video option. The pilot will take photos and videos during the flight and will give you the SD memory card containing the media after the flight. The cost of this option is 30 euros.
Lift tickets to access the take-off site are not included in the price of the flight (to be paid directly at the lift station).
