Bodyboarding lessons on the island of Oleron

- Meeting point at Ganach Surf School - 11 Rte du Jard, 17550 Le Grand-Village-Plage.
- Distribution and setting up of the equipment.
- Approach walk to the practice area.
- Briefing by your instructor on the activity, the equipment and the safety rules.
- Warm up on the sand or in the water.
- Surfing lesson and application of the techniques taught.
- Walk back to the parking lot and de-equipping.

It is imperative to know how to swim and to have no health concerns prohibiting the practice of bodyboarding.

We kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes before the meeting time.
