Practical information
Predefined excursion on a catamaran shared with other participants.
Available drinks on board: local rum, local beer, local wine, lakour fresh juices, soft drinks and water
- Welcome at the meeting point for boarding the catamaran
- Sailing to Tamarin Bay to try to observe dolphins
- Descent to the Black River lagoon, in front of La Preneuse beach, for a snorkeling session
- Anchor the catamaran in the lagoon for lunch: on the menu, a barbecue with chicken and fish accompanied by a pasta salad, a chayote (chouchou) salad, sautéed aubergines with garlic and garlic bread, as well as a platter of English cucumbers, papaya, cabbage, pineapple and dried grapes. A seasonal dessert will round off this hearty lunch
- Sail to Crystal Rock, then stop at Ile aux Bénitiers for a short visit or a break on its beach until time to return to Black River
Please inform the instructor before boarding the catamaran if you cannot swim.
