- Welcome and briefing by your instructor on the activity, the equipment and the safety rules.
- Distribution and setting up of the equipment.
- Warm up on the beach.
- Surfing lessons and application of the techniques taught by the instructors.
- Return to the Octopus Glisse office, de-equipping and debriefing.

Activity requirements

You don't have to know how to swim, the instructor will equip the children with life jackets.
