Practical information
where you start learning the theoretical part of scuba diving. The friendly instructors will open the doors to a whole new world. After having conquered the theoretical part off you go to the beach to try the equipment and take your first dive! You will be trying the equipment with your instructor and he will teach you all the right techniques and positions to navigate underwater. You will dive to a maximum depth of 6 meters. Afterward, you will get back to the centre to log the dives and get your completion certificate which allows you to pass to the next level if you want in the future- the Open Water Course.
- Arrive at the Scuba Diving Center at Santa Maria Beach
- Meet your certified instructor
- Scuba diving theory, equipment, and safety
- Put on scuba diving gear
- Head to the nearby beach
- The adventure begins!
- Practice underwater breathing in shallow water
- Diving in greater depths up to 6 meters (20 feet)
- Return to the Scuba Diving Center
- Receive your completion certificate
Please be advised that participants must be at least 10 years old and must already know how to swim.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
