Practical information

Find your balance and go stand-up paddling on the Rivière Rouge during an unguided descent at Mont-Tremblant in the Laurentians.

Course of events

- Welcome at the base in La Conception

- Transfer by shuttle of 7 minutes to the starting point of the stand up paddle trip

- Equipment and safety briefing

- Complete autonomous descent of the Rouge River over 12 km, from 2.5 to 4 hours depending on your pace

- End of the trip and return of the equipment

Activity requirements

Maximum weight: 250 lbs

Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Special terms

Quiet dogs on a leash are welcome to join this activity.
