Surfing lessons and courses in Hossegor

- Meeting point at Watermansport Surfschool - Le Club Sud hossegor - place du point d'or, 40150 Soorts-Hossegor.
- Welcome, distribution and setting up of the equipment.
- Meeting with the instructor and briefing on the activity, equipment and safety rules.
- Warm up on the beach.
- Surfing lesson and application of the techniques taught by the instructor for 1h30.
- Return to the premises and debriefing.
- De-equipping, rinsing and cleaning of the equipment.

Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.
