Practical information
On this introductory scuba diving session in Ios, you will depart from Mylopotas and discover diving for the first time with a certified instructor.
- Arrive at the dive centre at Mylopotas Beach
- Meet the certified instructor and receive the scuba diving equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, BCD, regulator, tank, and weights)
- Learn the theory and instructions
- Practice breathing underwater in a pool
- Dive from the shore with the instructor
- The scuba diving adventure begins!
- Explore the underwater world
- Return to the dive centre at Mylopotas Beach
Basic swimming skills are required for this activity.
Please be advised that this activity is not recommended for those with health concerns.
Please note that flying is not allowed at least 12 hours after your last dive.
