- Briefing on the activity, equipment and safety rules.
- E-foil lesson and application of the techniques taught by the instructor for 30 minutes.
- Return to the centre and debriefing.
- De-equipping, rinsing and cleaning of equipment.

Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.
