Course of events
- Check-in at the reception.
- 20 minute briefing on the flying position, how to enter and exit the flying area and how to correct your position during the flight...
- Equipment in the changing rooms with all the material: suit, helmet, goggles...
- 2 consecutive indoor flights.
Activity requirements
Arrive 1 hour before the activity starts
Not have suffered a dislocated shoulder that has not been operated on.
Not suffer from severe back pain.
Not be pregnant. Even if the pregnancy is very recent.
Not suffer from a disease for which sport is forbidden.
Weigh less than 120 kg and be able to wear an XXXL suit.
