Course of events
- Arrival at the meeting point

- Warm up on a horizontal surface and descent demonstration
- Descent
- Short walk through the fortress
- Second abseiling (on a slope)
- Optional challenge for exiting
- Drop off at the original starting point
Activity requirements
Since the temperature in the underground facilities is 14-16°C (57-61°F), it is recommended that participants wear warmer clothing as well as hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers.

Please note that this activity is not recommended for persons suffering from epileptic seizures and/or claustrophobia.
