- Introduction to the instructor and tour of the centre.
- Equipment fitting.
- Shuttle bus journey to the launch area.
- Briefing by your instructor on equipment and safety rules.
- Learn how to stop and start again.
- White water descent for 2 hours and discovery of river surfing.
- Return journey by shuttle bus to the base.
- Shower in the changing rooms at the base.

Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.

You must be in good physical condition to take part in this activity.

A written parental authorisation is required for minors to take part in this activity.
