Discover Scuba Diving from the beach in Los Cristianos, Tenerife

- Meeting with the instructors at the dive centre.

- Theory class on the basic concepts of diving.

- Distribution of diving equipment.

- Transfer to the place where the diving baptism will take place.

- Dive to a maximum depth of 12 metres for a full 45 minutes.

- Return to the dive centre.

A written parental authorisation is required for minors to take part in this activity.

A medical questionnaire must be signed.
