- Meeting with the captain at the meeting point

- Board the boat and receive a briefing on the activity and safety instructions

- Boat trip along the Mauritian coast with snorkelling

- Anchor in the lagoon at sunset, then dance to Creole and European music before dinner: on the menu are rice, pasta, potato, lettuce and coleslaw salads accompanied by barbecued fish, chicken and sausages, as well as garlic bread and grilled banana for dessert (vegetarian menu available on request)

- Disembarkation at Rivière Noire and end of the activity
