Practical information
Training including 6 dives (one per half-day), as well as theory delivered online (e-learning)
- Meeting with the instructors at the training centre
- Briefing on the activity, safety instructions and respect for the environment where you will be diving
- Sailing to the selected dive site according to the sea and weather conditions of the day
- Fitting of your diving equipment by the instructor on board the boat or in the water, depending on your preference
- Immersion for 50 minutes at a maximum depth of 20 metres alongside the diving instructor
- De-equipping your tanks in the water before returning to the boat to debrief the experience
- Navigation back to the training centre where you will be able to enjoy a shower and planification of the next 5 dives
Being able to dive to a depth of 20 metres with a dive master
Having passed a first dive within the year is required to partake in the activity.
Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.
You must not have any medical contraindications to taking up the activity, such as heart, lung or ENT problems (including one-sided deafness), severe asthma or epilepsy.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult on the boat: €25 per accompanying adult if not diving (snorkelling equipment will be provided).
Pregnant people cannot participate in this activity.
