Practical information

Course of events

- Arrival at the dive centre and meeting with the instructors.

- 30 minute theory class.

- Practice with 3 dive exercises in the pool.

- Boat trip from Albufeira harbour and dive in the ocean.

- Return to the dive centre.

Activity requirements

Know how to swim.

If health problems, medical clearance is mandatory.

All participants must bring a medical certificate from their doctor dated within the last 3 months stating that they are allowed to practice this activity.
Special terms

Confirm last dive date.

Please note you are not allowed to fly for up to 24 hours after your last dive.
