Practical information
- Meeting with the instructors on the shore of the Blue Lake.
- Distribution of the Stand Up Paddle equipment and briefing on the use of the equipment and some concepts to take into account.
- Entry to the water and short stand up paddle ride to gain confidence and balance in the water.
- Start of the yoga class with some vinyasa stretching sequences accompanied by breathing exercises. The class will end with a short relaxation meditation.
- Paddle surfing back to shore.
No previous experience is necessary and you don’t need to know how to swim, but you should feel comfortable in the water.
