Practical information
This snowmobile safari includes a round trip from Tromsø to the activity base in Moen.
- Please arrive at the meeting point in Tromsø 15 minutes prior to the departure time
- Pick up
- Drive to Moen (approximately 2 hours)
- Arrive at the Aurora Husky base in Moen
- Meet your experienced guide
- Receive your winter gear (thermal overalls and boots)
- Safety briefing and introduction to snowmobiling techniques
- The snowmobiling adventure begins!
- Break
- Return to the original departure point in Moen
- Enjoy lunch
- Return drive to Tromsø (approximately 2 hours)
Please note that all snowmobile drivers must be at least 18 years old and be in possession of a valid and physical copy of their driver's license.
Small children will either ride on the back of the instructor's snowmobile or be seated in a sled.
This excursion includes 2 people per snowmobile, with one driver and one passenger and the opportunity to switch during the tour.
