Practical information
Take part in an introductory ice climbing course at Mont-Tremblant on a frozen waterfall with an experienced guide from the Mont-Tremblant Activity Centre.

- Equipment and safety briefing
- Start of the introductory ice-climbing course, lasting approximately 1.5 hour
- End of the course, de-equipping and end of the activity

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by someone aged 13 or more (person who is not obliged to attend the course).
A minimum number of 2 adults participants is required for this activity to take place.
Ski boots must be worn to take part in the course.
Pregnant people cannot participate in this activity.
It is not uncommon to rip your trousers with crampons during this activity: remember to wear an old pair of waterproof snow trousers so you don't get in trouble if you rip your trousers, but also to protect yourself from the ice.
