Practical information

Course of events

- Welcome at the Tahiti Parachutisme base at Fa'a'ā international airport

- 15-minute theoretical briefing on the jump and safety rules

- Fitting of equipment and boarding of the aircraft

- 25-minute scenic flight over the lagoon, the ocean and mountains to an altitude of over 3,000 metres

- The long-awaited moment of the jump: around 40 seconds of freefall at over 200 km/h!

- Opening of the parachute at an altitude of around 1,500 metres, followed by 5 minutes of panoramic flight under the parachute

- Soft landing on the beach of the 2+2=4 primary schools in Puna'auia

- De-equipping, return with the instructor to the airport and end of the activity

Activity requirements

Minimum height: 140 cm

Minimum weight: 88 lbs (40 kg) / Maximum weight: 198 lbs (90 kg)

A written parental authorisation is required for minors to take part in this activity.

A medical certificate is required for all persons aged 60 and over.

You need to be in good physical condition and have no medical contraindications to skydiving to take part in this activity (problems with the lower limbs, spine, heart, ENT, loss of consciousness or epilepsy).

Special terms

Pregnant people cannot participate in this activity.

You must not have been scuba diving 24 hours before the jump.

A minimum number of 2 participants is required for this activity to take place.
