Practical information

Course of events

- Meet & Greet on site

- General introduction to the musher language and learning of the most important terms for steering the dog sled or cart.

- Independent practice on a closed-off course. Each participant takes turns to learn how to drive the dog sleds independently, lap by lap.

- Snowshoe hike through the Tyrolean mountains with the huskies where each participant is connected to a husky.

Activity requirements

- A minimum number of 8 participants is required for this activity to take place. If this is not the case, the activity can be cancelled.

- You have to be physically and mentally fit to do this activity.

- German language skills are needed to participate in this activity.

- Maximum weight: 120 kg

Special terms

- Participants under 18 can only do the activity with an accompanying person, at an extra charge of 40 € in cash on site. The accompanying person is on-site the whole day and takes part in the snowshoe tour, without the dog).

- Accompanying persons in the trapper camp with the dogs: 20€ (to be paid by cash on site)

- Accompanying persons on the snowshoe tour: 20€ (to be paid by cash on site)
