Hot-Air Balloon flight over Ljubljana

- Meet & Greet at the previously agreed-upon meeting point

- Briefing on the proceedings of the activity

- While you fill in the registration forms, the pilot will assess the wind's direction. Based on the information he gets from this measurements, he will decide whether the flight will proceed or not and where take-off will be.

- If the wind conditions are right, a 10-15 minute ride will take you to the take-off site.

- Preparation for take-off: inflating the balloon, heating the air inside the balloon with a burner

- Once the air in the balloon is warm enough, the basket and balloon will stand up. At this moment, the passengers can climb into the basket

- Once every passenger is in the basket, there is a safety briefing before take-off

- Take-off and flight over Ljubljana and the surrounding area for about an hour. During the flight, the crew is following from the ground

- Landing and pick-up from the basket

-The crew will put away of the balloon, passengers are welcome to help in this process

- Balloon Ceremony according to local traditions

- At the end of the Balloon ceremony, passengers will be taken back to the meeting point/their hotel.

- Passengers must be able to climb in the hot-air balloon basket.

- Passengers must be at least 110 cm tall.

- The meeting point is always confirmed the night before when the pilot contacts you and arranges the meeting point according to your preference.

- The meeting time is at sunrise and this changes throughout the season. Please contact your pilot upon booking to arrange the exact schedule of your flight.
