Course of events

- Meeting with the instructor, briefing of the activity and distribution of the material: helmet, wetsuit...

- Very comfortable 5 minute approach.

- Beginning of the descent of the canyon of about 2 hours with 3 rappels, 3 jumps of 2 metres and a slide of 1 metre.

- Return to the meeting point in 15 minutes.
