- Meet your instructor at SARDINIAN WIND WAVE CLUB - Via degli Oleandri, 07037 Platamona SS, Italy.
- Briefing and equipment.
- Day 1: 2-hour lesson.
- Day 2: 2-hour lesson.
- Day 3: 2-hour lesson.
- Return to the meeting point.

- The minimum age for this activity is 5 years old.
- Knowing how to swim is compulsory.
