Stand-up paddle tour at sunset on Lake Mimizan, Landes

- Welcome at the All Water Paddle hut by the lake, where you can leave your personal belongings

- Small equipment and material: paddle and the instructor will give you a paddle adapted to your size and balance.

- Briefing on the basics of paddling: position and movements

- Boarding for a 1-hour ride at sunset

- Return to the starting point on dry land

- Collect your gear at the All Water hut and talk to your instructor about your experience

All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.

A minimum number of 4 participants is required to run this activity.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the departure time.
