2-hour boat trip on the Guadalquivir with a tasting menu of dinner or lunch depending on the time of the tour.
- Meeting with the crew at the New York dock.
- Start of the boat trip on the Guadalquivir River.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.
It is not allowed to embark with high heels.
The tasting menu consists of 5 courses (3 cold and 2 hot), unlimited drinks until dessert (not alcoholic beverages), dessert and a glass of cava. The menu is as follows:
- Iberian acorn-fed ham and cured Manchego cheese.
- Salmorejo with garlic bread croutons.
- Crusty bread toast with duck mousse medallion topped with duck ham.
- Chickpeas with oxtail (lunch) and rice with Iberian secret and mushrooms (dinner).
- Hake in piquillo sauce with skewered prawns with garlic.
- Cheese custard with cream (autumn/winter) and cream ice cream with chocolate crunch (spring/summer).
