Pick-up will start 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Please arrive 30 minutes before the departure time.

📍Once your booking has been confirmed, please contact the instructor to schedule the pick-up. Via this link you will find the list of locations eligible for pick-up.

⚠️ Since the Northern Lights are an unpredictable natural phenomenon, their presence is never guaranteed.

If you don’t find any lights on the tour, you have the option of going again another day for free (we call it a re-run). You need to notify the guide at [email protected] before 14:00 the following day to rebook your seat (subject to availability).

Only foldable wheelchairs can be accepted. Due to the limited space available for storage, users of wheelchairs and mobility scooters should contact the instructor in advance to confirm the measurements of the equipment.
