Practical information
Your introductory kiteboarding lesson lasts 3 hours.
During this first lesson, the instructor will be present to help you gain confidence and independence in flying the kite. You'll learn how to set up all the equipment needed for a kitesurfing experience and discover the first technical gestures for taking off, landing and piloting the kite.
Depending on the level and progress of the participants, as well as the weather conditions, you can have your first experience of towed swimming.
- First session to learn how to pilot the kite independently
- Safety briefing

- Introduction to kiteboarding on the beach or in the water
- Discover how to take off, land and steer the kite
- Towed swimming according to participants' progress and weather conditions
- Debriefing, de-equipping and end of activity
All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.
The minimum age for this activity is : 14 years old.
The minimum weight for this activity is : 45 kg.
If you are above 59 years old, you are required to sign a medical waiver to participate in this activity.
Once your reservation has been confirmed, the instructor will contact you the evening before to let you know your appointment time.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant people and people with disabilities.
Pets are not allowed to join in this activity.
