Practical information

This is a full day activity. You will have a picnic on the riverbank, surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes.

This outing is great for beginners, however, experienced rafters can make it more exciting by opting for a mini raft giving them a little less stability and much more autonomy. But don’t worry your instructor will always be close by.

This river is classed as II and III.

You’ll be descending 25 – 30 km: you’ll stop several times to swim in the white water and execute jumps.

Programme:
- You will meet at the rafting centre
- You will make your way to the spot where you will be geared up
- Before you start you’ll be given some technical tips and guidance on how to get started and your positioning in the water
- You’ll be briefed about the security regulations and then you’re off in the water
- Once you’ve finished you’ll make your way back to the centre by 4pm

The total duration is 5 hours with a picnic break.
