Course of events
- Welcome the participants at the beach premises
- Presentation of equipment and safety rules (15 min.)
- Participants are fitted out and shown how to handle the paddle
- Departure for 1 hour of activity on the water
- Return of equipment to the premises and end of the activity

All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.
