Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity.
You need to be in good physical condition to take part in this activity.
If you have any major health problems, please let us know before booking. You must not have any medical contraindications to taking part in the activity.
You need to be able to swim to take part in this activity.
This activity is not open to pregnant people, infants, people with disabilities or pets.
The time and meeting point for this activity are given as a guide and depend on the time of the tide: please contact the instructor once your booking has been confirmed.
