Practical information
From the age of 2, children can take their first steps on the back of a donkey for a 1-hour ride in the Pyrénées-Orientales near Perpignan!
- Welcome to the Cheval Loisirs Pleine Nature ranch
- Presentation and allocation of frames
- Equipping participants with gloves and safety helmets
- Help getting on the donkey, adjusting the stirrups
- Single file start and safety rules
- Start of the donkey ride around the River Désix (approx. 1 hour) and chat with the instructor
- Pause to take a few photos
- Return to the ranch and dismount, reward your mounts and end the activity
Maximum child weight: 35 kg
Maximum adult weight: 120 kg
Animals are not allowed to take part in this activity.
A minimum of 2 participants is required for the activity to take place.
