Practical information
On this excursion, you'll depart from Nyksund in a boat and embark on a freediving and snorkelling adventure beneath the waters of Vesterålen.
- Arrive at the starting point in Nyksund
- Meet the instructor
- Receive the equipment (snorkel, mask, fins and wetsuit)
- Safety briefing and instructions (approximately 1 hour)
- Board the RIB
- Travel to the diving spot in Vesterålen
- Jump into the water
- The freediving and snorkelling adventure begins!
- Discover the underwater landscapes of Vesterålen (approximately 1 hour 20 minutes)
- Return to the starting point in Nyksund by boat
Swimming skills are required for this activity. Participants must be able to swim at least 150 metres (492 feet) breaststroke and 25 metres (82 feet) backstroke.
People with heart conditions should not participate in this activity.
Children under 18 years old must have written parental authorisation to participate.
The family price is for 2 adults and 2 children.
