Introduction to E-foil on the Ile de Ré

Receipt of a message confirming the meeting place (24 hours before the start of the activity).

Arrive 5 minutes before the start of the activity.

Equipment and safety briefing.

The group launches for 30 minutes of E-foil.

Return to the venue and debrief the session.

Get to grips with the E-foil and its unique gliding sensation.

You need to be able to swim to take part in this activity.

Parental authorisation is required for minors taking part in the activity without an accompanying adult.

You must not have any medical contraindications to taking part in this activity.

This activity is not open to pregnant people, infants, people with disabilities or pets.
