Practical information
The SSI 3 training course is the highest level of the SSI freediving training program, which allows you to dive down to 40 meters. SSI 3 is the minimum level required to become an instructor.
Course of events
Course description: 3 dry preparation sessions and 5 training outings at sea including :
- 2 theory sessions
- 3 freediving sessions in a protected environment
Activity requirements
You should already have a 30m freediving certification (AIDA, PADI, SSI, RAID, CMAS, FFESSM, etc.)
Special terms
It is possible to do this training over 4 or 5 days depending on your wishes and your availability. However, for your comfort, we recommend the 5-day version with 1 sea trip each day.
