Practical information
1-1.5 hour hot air balloon ride over the Tyrolean Alps from Achensee or Zillertal. The exact location is weather depedent and will be communicated to you the day before the activity takes place.
-Welcome and registration
-Safety and activity briefing by your pilot
-Transport to launch site
-Invitation to help with balloon inflation
-Around 60 - 90 min. hot air balloon flight
-Invitation to assist with the deflation of the balloon after landing
-Transport back to meeting point
-Champagne toast
-Receive flight certificate from your pilot
-End of activity
Please inform the pilot of any health problems or restrictions (heart, circulation, joints, operations, body weight, etc.) when booking the trip. If in doubt, please contact a doctor you trust!
Minors must be accompanied by adults.
The minimum height requirement for this activity is 140 cm/4ft6 in order to see over the hot air balloon basket.
If the flight is cancelled by alpineballooning - austria/tirol after the booking confirmation they will do their best to find the next possible availability or give you a voucher that lasts 3 years after the initial date. Please note that no refunds are possible after the booking has been confirmed by alpineballooning - austria/tirol.
The exact meeting location depends on the weather and you will be notified the day before the activity takes place, before 5pm. The two balloon launch locations of Achensee or Zillertal are both around a 1 hour drive from Innsbruck.
This activity is not allowed for pregnant people.
