Practical information
Get on a speedboat towards the rocky Sesimbra coast in the Arrabida National Park, then spend a few hours climbing, cliff jumping, and swimming on this amazing adventure!
- Arrival at meeting point and introduction to your instructors
- Safety briefing and equipment distribution
- Head to the beach and board the speedboat
- Ride at a high speed towards the starting point of the coasteering activity while you learn about the regional fauna, flora, and geology
- Rock climb, swim, and cliff jump during the coasteering adventure
- Get back on the speedboat, and ride back towards the meeting point
- Equipment return and end of activity
All participants must know how to swim.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult or have written authorization from their parents or guardians.
The minimum recommended age to participate in this activity is 12 years old
There are 2 instructors for every 10 people.
The highest jump is 8 meters high, but you can choose not to do it.
