Surfing lessons in Guincho, Carcavelos or Costa da Caparica beach, Lisbon

- Meeting with the instructor at the surf scool.

- Distribution of the surf board and wetsuit.

- Briefing and warm-up.

- Theory class on the sand about surfing basic techniques: how to stand up, paddling, safety procedures...

- Practical lesson in the water to practise what has been learned.

- Review the video lessons to improve the technique.

Know how to swim.

Please beware that this is a weather and sea dependent activity. Conditions at sea might affect starting times and the location.

The location will be communicated to you the day before the experience. The surf lessons can take place in Guincho, Carcavelos or Costa da Caparica, according to the best and safer conditions.

The pick-up times are dependable on lessons time (wave and tide conditions).
