Fun Rafting on the river Salzach in Schwarzach near Salzburg, Austria

This is the perfect opportunity for those who wish to get into the fascinating world of whitewater rafting. Whether you are completely new to rafting or already have some experience, learn how to master waves and currents which range from classes 1 and 2 which make this beginner tour perfectly suited for groups and families with small children.

At the base camp in Stegenwald, you will meet your personal guides for this tour. Take the highway exit Pass Lueg 34 which is roughly 30 minutes away from the city of Salzburg.

At the meeting point, you will gear up for this whitewater adventure. According to safety regulations in Austria, you will wear a helmet, wet suit, personal flotation device and boots. Now it's time to head to Werfen in order to get on the river!
