Freediving is the best way to reconnect with the sea and explore the depths of the ocean while minimizing its impact. Some people practice freediving for the personal challenge it presents, but for many, its real appeal is the silence and calm it brings to our chaotic lives. With this discovery free dive, you will get some basic theories that you will need to know before we get started. After this, you will go and practice freediving in the beautiful deep blue water of Crete with our instructor. The instructor will stay with you to guide you during the whole activity. Go explore the underwater life, an adventure you will remember!

Once you finished your dive you will be able to relax on the beautiful beach of Lygaria with many nice restaurants around.

Practical information

Activity requirements

Please let the instructor know if you suffer from respiratory or cardiac problems, have had a recent surgery or are pregnant. Restrictions may apply.

Minors will need authorization from a parent or guardian.

Please note you are not allowed to fly for up to 24 hours after your last dive.

Special terms

- Transfer to the diving center and return is 10eu per person Fodele to Hersonissos.

- Underwater pictures and videos are an extra 25eu.
