The canyon of Marc is a must in the Ariège: in addition to being very beautiful, it allows you to experience the best of canyoning through its course! With no less than 12 obstacles of different sizes to overcome, including a 17 meters abseiling descent, a 6 meters jump, and a passage on a zip line, you will experience a real adventure in the heart of the Pyrénées-Ariègeoises!
Accompanied by an experienced and passionate canyoning instructor, don't hesitate to come down Marc's canyon, either with family or friends, to enjoy a half-day full of fun and adrenaline!

Canyoning descent with free souvenir photos to be taken on the Spél et Eaux website.
- Welcome and equipment: 35 min
- Approach walk: 15 min
- Descent of the canyon: 2 hours depending on the public (abseiling up to 25 meters and jump up to 19 meters, non obligatory)

It is compulsory to be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters and to be able to fully immerse the body.
You must not have any medical contraindication to the practice of canyoning.
Minimum height: 125 cm (neoprene suits do not exist below this height)
