- Preparation of equipment with briefing on the activity and safety instructions
- Launching SUP boards and initiation
- Departure for a 3-hour stand-up paddle tour in the Calanques National Park including several breaks, starting with the Port Miou cove and then the En-Vau cove
- Return to the start area, tidy up and end of the activity
