Practical information

Guided tour of the Calanques National Park in Cassis on a stand-up paddle for around 3 hours.

Course of events

- Meeting with the guide in front of his white Captain John Aventures truck in the Port Miou cove

- Preparation of equipment with briefing on the activity and safety instructions

- Launching SUP boards and initiation

- Departure for a 3-hour stand-up paddle tour in the Calanques National Park including several breaks, starting with the Port Miou cove and then the En-Vau cove

- Return to the start area, tidy up and end of the activity

Activity requirements

All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.

All minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult.
