Go freediving with Blue Addiction and the World Champion Remy Dubern during this 3 days course. You will really be able to improve your techniques and discover the wonders of the Mediteranean Sea.

This course is for all of you who wish to benefit from a real boost and improve effeciently in freediving at the end of their experience with Blue-Addiction.

Go for it ! You will get a chance to improve your freediving skills and discover the Iles d'Or at the same time. This course is the perfect combination of technical training and discovery dives on the protected sites in the heart of Port-Cros National Park.

Program: practice, theory, sea training with a line and on shore training with breathing, relaxation, compensation exercises, exploration on the islands and the National Park ... This is definitely the for you to gain the equivalent of 3 years experience in only 3 days to move around with ease in depths and improve your diving techniques!

The course is multi-level and accessible to freedivers who just go down a few meters or ones who go as deep as 50m. The organisation and the program of Blue Addiction allow everyone to fit in. Groups are dispatched based on the level of participants to enable Rémy and Audrey to unroll differentiated and personalised programs in addition to the joint program.

Practical information

3 full days, from 8.30am to 4pm.
- The programme includes 1 freediving theory and preparation session, 3 technical sessions at sea
technical sessions at sea, 2 exploration sessions on wrecks or drop-offs, video debriefing on your
video debriefing on return.
- In particular, we'll work on breathing, relaxation, compensation and techniques for
techniques for freediving and enjoying yourself underwater.
- FFESSM and AIDA levels can be validated on request when registering with
additional day(s) of training before the course. the course in a friendly atmosphere.

Activity requirements

To ensure the best learning conditions for all during the courses, the only criterion for participation is to be able to compensate the pressure in the ears to dive to a depth of 3-4 meters, regardless of your descent technique (even chaotic! You will have the opportunity to improve during the course).

If your are not able to compensate the pressions at all, there is also a "novice" training on 3 days perfect for you, with the same program but with an adapted pedagogical content.

Children must be aged at least 12 years old to take part in this activity.

You must know how to swim.

Special terms

All participants must present a medical certificate less than one year old for the practice
freediving.

Please remember it is not advisable to take a plane after a dive. You must wait between 18 and 24 hours before flying.
