An incredible paragliding flight awaits you in the heart of the Vanoise, in the ski area of Tignes. Flying is always a unique experience, but when it happens in the middle of winter, the view of the snow-covered mountains makes the flight even more magical!

You will have the pleasure of flying in tandem with a certified Evolution 2 Tignes instructor for about 7 minutes, an ideal time to discover this activity. The take-off will be at the top of the Tovière, with skis on, making this flight accessible to skiers of all levels and to experienced snowboarders. A few meters of momentum will be enough to inflate the glider and make you take off above Tignes, in the heart of the Alps!

This paragliding flight will allow you to admire the whole ski area of Tignes, its lake, as well as the Grande Motte glacier and other surrounding mountains. You will land after about 500 m of difference in altitude in front of the Tovière gondola, your eyes still amazed by the beauty of the resort of Tignes.

Practical information

Duration of the activity: 30 minutes with about 7 minutes of flight.

Activity requirements

Minimum weight: 35 kg

A green/blue slope level is required for skiers, while a red/black slope level is required for snowboarders.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Special terms

The paragliding activity is dependent on the weather conditions, only the instructor makes the decision whether or not to fly.

The actual paragliding was absoulty amazing, the instructor was great and even did some tricks in the air, however i booked it for my partner who has never skiied before as a birthday present as it states beginers are ok, but they took her down a blue run then off peist which she couldn't really do and fell over a few times getting there! So activity is amazing but not for beginners.
